Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:
  • · 12 large button mushrooms

  • · 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • · 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • · 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • · 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  • · 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • · Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set them aside.

In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Fill each mushroom cap with the breadcrumb mixture and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.

Serve as an appetizer or a side dish.
