Garlic Butter Mushroom
Ingredients:
· 1 pound mushrooms (such as cremini or button), halved
· 4 tablespoons butter
· 4 cloves garlic, minced
· 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
· Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they become tender and browned.
Season with salt and pepper and stir in the chopped parsley.
