Ingredients:
路 12 large button mushrooms
路 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
路 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
路 2 cloves garlic, minced
路 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
路 2 tablespoons olive oil
路 Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 375掳F (190掳C). Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set them aside.
In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Fill each mushroom cap with the breadcrumb mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
Serve as an appetizer or a side dish.
